Judge Michael Martin Known as the “Zombie Judge”

Earlier this year there was an event near me in Pennsylvania. A local Muslim judge dismissed an assault case against two atheists, who were attacked by a Muslim during a holloween parade.

One of the athesists dressed up as Muhammad which casused the Muslm to attack him.

During the trial, the judge pulled out a copy of the Koran and rebuked the atheist and then dismissed the charge despite video evidence.

I filed a complaint against Judge Mark Martin with the Judicial Conduct Board, and to my amazement they took action, although minor.

The judge was issued a letter of caution in a private rebuke to the “judge”.

“A judge in Pennsylvania who dismissed charges against a fellow Muslim who was accused of attacking an atheist parading as a zombie Muhammad has been rebuked by state judicial officials.

The state Judicial Conduct Board action concerned Magisterial Judge Mark Martin, of Cumberland County, who was involved in the case that developed last winter when American Atheists’ Pennsylvania State Director Ernest Perce V was marching in a parade, and allegedly was attacked.”
