There are more studies showing the importance of Vitamin D for your health. Without question this vitamin is most important for your health. Build your health around Vitamin D and the Omega 3 oils. There are numerous studies showing that dementia is basically diet caused. If you limit sugar intake and have a good Omega 3 diet, your brain is protected from dementia and other diseases. The modern diet is deadly. Please don’t get caught up in this modern diet lifestyle but make an effort and protect yourself and your family.
