Well, Vitamin E is making a comeback! If you followed the health posting, I exposed how the corrupt medical association was behind the fraudulent research of Vitamin E. The reason for this was Vitamin E cannot be owned by the drug industry as it is natural. The drug industry and their cohorts demonized Vitamin E because it is a natural blood thinner and competed with their prescription drugs! They stand to lose $ millions. Remember, their research was conducted with synthetic Vitamin E which is useless. More and more studies are leaking out showing the benefits of Vitamin E. We are now full circle showing how beneficial is this vitamin.
I posted more studies about Vitamin D. The benefits of this vitamin are unending! It is really the key to health along with the Omega 3 oils. The best way to get these oils is through fish diet. I also buy eggs from naturally fed chicken. These eggs are rich in the Omega 3 oils. These eggs are more expensive but are well worth the money. Look on the label of egg cartons and the Omega 3 eggs will be labeled.
