“There have been a number of unsubstantiated rumors going around about “new problems” at unit 3. Information is always better than rumor. We pulled the reactor data for the last week for unit 3. Temperatures are within expected and historical levels. Xenon 135 is monitored as an indicator of fission and is consistent at levels well below anything that would indicate anything outside of normal for the state of unit 3. The steam at unit 3 is a long ongoing problem and is not a new issue.”

    Burrrr….rrrr…loney,,, about Global Warming!
Three nights, the thermometer showed – 40 below at my polar spot. Three infared heaters could not keep my 1000 square foot trailer above 62 degrees. First time, I couldn’t hardly keep warm in my skin. And I work out in the elements every day being a logger by trade. But due to – 20 -30 below at nights and 0 – 5 above with with chill in -25-30 degrees, I’ll take the loss and stay home. I’m in northwest Wisconsin. Past week I hardly work at all. Tonight it could dip down to – 40 below again.

I read the news and share the information every day. I’m also in the middle of this deep freeze that’s coming our way here in Ohio. It would be easy to succumb to fear, discouragement, and depression. I thank you Brother John for always reminding us to keep looking up. As I spend the next few days, wrapped up in my electric blanket, I will be praising our Lord that He will be taking us Home soon. Prayers for all in the path of this coming winter storm. God Bless. Maranatha

  5. Cyndi says:

I am a born again Christian and truly love Christ. I’m afraid of what is coming very quickly. I love my Savior. I am a flight attendant and travel in and out of New York often. It is mostly a cold dark place with a feel of spiritual death. I often feel very unsettled when I am there. I am ostracized often even by coworkers because I detest the move of society as a whole. The music, TV shows and people’s view of what is good and evil are wrong. It is extremely vile and offensive. I pray that Christ come back very soon! The Lord has gifted me with spiritual discernment and I am able to see spiritually what is happening and the great darkness in the world. There is a powerful antichrist spirit and homosexual (unclean perverted) spirit that is taking over. Let’s all continue to pray for our families and each other and we will be safe with Christ. God is good! Praise be to our Holy Lord!

    • JohnMcTernan says:

This is why we pray Tuesday and Thursdays on blog talk radio.
The prayer is around sending an outpouring of the Holy Spirit that is greater than the spirit of antichrist.

  6. Dan.w says:

Sister Cindi,..perfect faith casts out all fear.Perhaps the Lord has you where He has placed you so you can reach others from around the world, with His message.Being an attendant is another way of saying..look at all those people God has put in my path.Your spiritual discernment is a gift that can be used of the Lord.Ask the Lord to make a way for you.Your fear will fade in the rear view mirror as you sense the burden for lost souls the Lord has,and the divine appointments which are before you.It is amazing the way the Lord can use us..if we are willing.Thank you Jesus for saving us..so we could be fishers of men[and women].

  7. Dan.w says:

Father God..bless everyone here who comes to this site.Draw them to an ever closer walk with you.

  8. Mary E. says:

Lol,Irene! I’ll be wrapped up in my electric blanket, too, here in Indiana. I pray for all who will be affected by the cold blast and especially, that there are no power outages. Poor Hom, I really pray for you, as you have been freezing in the cold much longer than those of us south of you. Thank goodness it is only lasting a few days….Does Kerry leave Israel mid-week???
Cyndi, the Lord has given you an awesome gift…seeing things the way He does. Sometimes it can become very overwhelming and fearful. I pray that He will strengthen you and cause you to walk in peace, especially on your trips to NYC.
    Jeremiah 1:18-19

  9. John says:

” but sometimes the pictures on the right hand column are lewd. ”

Not sometimes Brother John, all the time. But they do better reporting than the majority of our mainstream media in the US.

    • JohnMcTernan says:

This is a problem I have as the information is great from this site, but some of the pictures are lewd. I don’t want to offend anyone.
There is print on this site as setting an article up for print cleans out the pictures.
There is a great Russian site, but I can’t use it because the pictures. This site has no print.

  10. Carol says:

All of this interfering in Israel’s land is being instigated from DC…I wonder why God’s wrath seems to hit all over the country, but seems to leave DC and its corruption unscathed?

    • JohnMcTernan says:

DC was elected by the people. The country is guilty before the Lord and DC is just a symptom.

  11. Don says:

I have a question or two for you, John (with Carol’s question in mind). What about California culture, just generally? I may be missing some rather large events that have taken place already, but it seems to me that Cali has somehow escaped the brunt of so, so many things that afflict the rest of the country. From the porn industry to Hollywood to the sodomite culture, there almost seems to be no end to the offenses that come from California.

We can see that many of the developments there are setting them up for some inevitable distress in the times ahead (including Fukushima), but still….That culture is so corrupt and wicked that it surely has to be a miracle of some kind that the Father has not dumped it into the Pacific by this point? Is the Father saving it for last, or is there some other issue that has spared them? Any thoughts on that?

    • JohnMcTernan says:

Right now California is under severe drought for years and it is running of water. I have posted this on the blog and how it coincided with sin.
There have been massive fires that I reported on the blog and connected it with homosexuality.
The San Fran earthquake of 1989 was directly connected to abortion.
The massive Landers quake of 1992 was directed connected to abortion.
The highly destructive Northridge quake was connected to touching Israel and pornography.
The judgments are all around if you know how to look.
Be patient as the final judgment is on the war. Read the Prophet Habakkuk.

  12. Marvin Glatt says:

Seeing Kerry with Abbas in Ramallah in front of a microphone saying that both sides want peace is enough to make me seriously ill. By the way, I was watching this on Fox. I guess in 2014 we find out if the Bible means what it says. Joel 3 or Obadiah 1:15 for example. Why do I feel that am not likely to hear much about Israel in church or Christian television in 2014.

  13. Cyndi says:

Dear Dan, Thank you for your kind words and encouragement. I will be honest and say that I become very afraid at times because people are involved with such satanic things and I don’t know how to approach it. Some are receptive, but people in general anymore hate talking about God or especially Jesus Christ. They become very angry. It’s especially more so with something as sensitive as homosexuality or Obama. I deeply know this is an abomination and God hates it. In my profession we receive regular bulletins that state we are not to say anything against this. In fact if we don’t talk with the homosexual coworkers in friendly manners it is considered discrimination. I am probably a little naive, but the things I hear still shock me. My last trip a fellow FA told me she saw a medium to reach her deceased grandmother. She actually thinks she did. But she stated she was a Christian. Why would a Christian believe in this? Why would a Christian make contact with satan and evil spirits? Because that’s what it is. She also should me a picture if a new young man she was dating. He had big tattoos all over him. I immediately thought evil. I am saying this because I see this non stop and more. It really is a scary time. I am thankful to be hidden under the shadow of His wings. I am thankful for contact with other brothers and sisters in Christ who come here and know what is happening.

  14. Cyndi says:

Mary, thank you for your kind words and encouragement. I hope to be able to speak up more and not be fearful as the Holy Spirit leads. I am a non confrontational person by nature, very doscile and always seeking peace. There are thousands of God fearing Christians but I always seem to be in a crowd of ungodly people accepting of every evil growing these days. I do need to be more courageous than keeping to myself to avoid it. Peace and God’s blessings to you!

  15. Irene C says:

I can understand Cyndi. I am also a quiet, peace-making, non-confrontational type of person. But God uses our gifts and our personalities to give Him glory. I have found that sometimes the best way for me to witness, especially if I’m going through troubling times, is to talk about how the Lord provided answers. People will notice if you stay calm during a storm. There are times I would love to be a fire and brimstone preacher of righteousness, but He made me the way I am for a reason. It’s the same for you so don’t fret. The Holy Spirit will provide the words you need when that need arises. Much love and God Bless.

  16. Dan.w says:

Irenes reply to Cindi is terriffic.God will give you the right words at the right time.We can be like Christ, who reached out with compassion to the lost out there. We can even say a silent prayer for them.God still moves mountains and melts hearts.God bless all you,and also to you brother John.Thank you…..

  17. Tom says:

    @Cynthia;

You will find that Irene’s words are always encouragng; Dan’s prayers are always comforting, and the trevails that Joni and Mary had experienced respectively are both inspiring. Please check back on an ongoing basis; you will find that you are amongst friends. You might as well read what John McTernan has written too.

    In His Service,
    Tom

  18. Cyndi says:

Hi Tom, thank you. Yes all of their words help me and I come to John’s website and blog often, as much as my schedule allows. I love to read God’s Word and hear God’s Word and be among believers as much as possible. I love all those that come here and do appreciate they care to respond to my writings.

  19. Loretta says:

Cyndi,I have always been extremely quiet, loving and making excuses for ill-mannered folks. But, when it comes to my Jesus, I have been speaking up more and more (surprisingly). I start with “the Bible says”,… and I have been told, “come to dinner, but no talk about religion. Well, my friend had a stroke; I was called immediately with, “please pray – God hears your prayers”. Now I can talk about “my LORD, Jesus Christ”. I am even asked to pray before meals. Timing! Be open, God will use your voice when needed. We are a vessel, He is everything else.
May God bless and strengthen each and every one of us to be all He has created us to be.

  20. Joni says:

Hi Cyndi, I can identify with your posts about what you deal with as a Flight Attendant. I was a food server in some of Seattle’s finest restaurants over the years. And I remember 2 large men, that would come in once a week, and ask for my section. They were cross dressers, and it was really creepy. Large men in womens dresses in nylons with unshaven legs, and high heels and carrying big patent leather purses. That must be nothing, compared to what must be in your face in our current culture. Please hang in there, and mostly take really good care of your health, you already know the issues FA’s contend with from on the job hazards as it is, the added stress will just multiply it. We are family here, and you are in our prayers. If you need prayer support, just ask, thats what we do.
    God bless you Cyndi,
    Joni

  21. Norman Page says:

@ Cyndi, re NY. Psalm 31, esp. from v. 20ff re the Lord’s keeping of his saints in a ‘strong city’. A wonderful encouragement – and to know the Lord identifies with us in this, through David.

  22. Lori says:

Cyndi, As you can see that many of us identify with what you have said. I have always been one to try and get a long with everyone and it’s hard to be more bold for me too….but I’m growing in that area and it’s gets slowly easier the more I do it. I am so tired of the way the world is mocking God, that it makes me want to stand up for Him more and more with boldness. My mother has worn a Jesus brooch for years, and I’m thinking of trying to find a smaller size and do the same! My mom’s is about 5 inches wide, so that’s too large for my taste, but I’m sure I can find a smaller one or maybe some Jesus earrings would be nice too. I keep praying that the Lord will give me strength, courage and boldness to speak up for Him, He certainly deserves it!! Thank you everyone for the encouragement I get here, your words mean a lot to me in these perilous days!
    Sincerely, Lori

  23. Cyndi says:

Thank you to all who replied to my writings. It has touched me deeply and encouraged me. Joni what you said brought me to tears for some reason. It must have touched a special area. And thank you everyone for your prayers. I pray we all stay safe and warm in this brutal cold weather affecting the US right now.

  24. Dale says:

In regards to California the Landers and Big Bear earthquakes in 1992 actually happened just hours before the sodomite parade in West Hollywood. There is a remnant of believers who actively stand against these things. There are some open air preachers in southern California mainly but also some in central California and the Bay Area who do likewise. As an example I went to Pasadena on New Years Day and went to the route of the Rose Parade and preached to the float where the two sodomites got “married” and called them out over their sin and implored them to repent and believe the gospel. And there are other major events we hit such as the sodomite parades and some Islamic events.

  25. Domenic says:

While many of us including myself make good use of Facebook, it is disturbing that founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg is blatantly pro-homosexual…
    http://www.businessinsider.com/mark-zuckerberg-gay-pride-parade-photos-2013-7

Billionaire Zuckerberg, who is Jewish, is also said to be anti-Israel in his politics. So he is pro-gay and anti-Israel–we’ll leave it up to God and His timing to deal with Zuckerberg and his social networking empire.

By the way, a terrific Facebook page supporting traditional marriage is…

  26. Lori says:

Dale, That’s really great that you preached to those people at the Rose Parade, Lord bless you for having the courage to do that!

  27. Don says:

Thank you for your comments, John. I’ve lurked at your blog, and I’ve followed your commentaries for quite some time now….it’s been such a blessing for me.

I’m aware of all the events that you mentioned, and it’s true that west coast residents haven’t escaped some difficulties. You can see a number of issues coming more sharply into focus for that part of the country, to be sure. Some of my comments are born out of frustration, because of how adversely I see other parts of the country being hit, but Cali and her residents continue to thump their collective chest and thumb their nose in God’s face. So, just watching events over the past 2 years, it occurs to me that there are so many things taking place around the world that are affecting the lives of so many people, but yet……there’s Cali with her head held high and her chest out. As a Christian, I’ll admit that I loathe the entertainment culture, the sodomite attitudes and their arrogance before the Lord. I would want any man to be saved while there’s still time and opportunity, but I really dislike that west coast culture. It’s just so un-Godly, and it’s such a bad influence on the wider culture both here and around the world with it’s tv and movies, etc. It’s frustrating.

God bless, and thanks for listening.

  28. Irene C says:

Don, I can understand your frustration. I feel it too. However, the Bible says that even during the time of God’s Wrath, that people won’t repent from their sins and will curse God. How they do not see is beyond me, but they are children of their father, the devil. They have been willfully blinded to the truth and have hardened their hearts. I grieve for them and pray that some will have their eyes opened. But I fear that it may be too late for many of them. So sad.

  29. Norman Page says:

Dominic – re your comments about Zuckerberg, I have observed souls who God calls for His covenants’ sake, but when they refuse, He hardens them, and they become contrary to themselves. This is a terrible curse, but if I understand Romans 11 correctly, there’s mercy at the end of it, rfor the fathers’ sakes. I’m always moved when I read Ezekiel 36ff, and note what the Lord says about the way His name was profaned among the Gentiles, and how He restores the land and its people, not for their sakes, but for His great Name’s sake. We are in the very privileged position to be firstfruits – perhaps because He wanted to confound these ‘wise fools’ by that little remnant in the world who became fools for Christ’s sake. When we ponder Romans 11, and perceive something of God’s great and wonderful purpose, it’s such an encouragement – especially now in these days in which we live. Zechariah tells us a day is coming when a Jewish remnant will behold him who they pierced,’and shall be in bitterness for Him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn’.(12:10). How many others shall be raised from the dust of the earth, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt? (Dan 12:1-3) And to think we shall be witnesses to these things! What manner of persons ought we to be, in all holy conversation and godliness! And we can certainly pray, as those touched by the same infirmities. This is to comfort you, Don, too, and indeed all of us – the Lord surely sees your heart, brother.

  30. Don says:

Thank you, Irene. It is sad, but I think that John is right on those occasions where he has stated that he thinks that many of these people have been sealed for judgment already. I have to think that many of those people are possibly beyond being reached because their hearts are so hardened against the things of God. I admit that I have an intense dislike for celebrity-dom and those who pursue fame at any level. I sincerely feel that the Lord has revealed some incredible things to me regarding the world of celebrity and it’s true Luciferian nature. When the Lord revealed those things, my eyes just popped open, and I was really stunned. It was a revelation. But, yeah, west coast culture is just so corrupt. Thanks for your comments, Irene.

    God Bless.

  31. Joni says:

Don, agreed, wholeheartedly. All I had to do was listen to John one time, and I knew it was the truth, and I could not get out of my hometown/birthplace of Seattle fast enough, and tho still in the Inland Northwest, I am far enough away from Sodom that a tad bit of comfort level has returned, but it’s fleeting from me also. We can run, but we can’t hide any longer, the spirit of antichrist is truly upon us more than I ever knew it to be. Thankfully we know how the story ends, but it still comes with mixed feelings, to do with loved ones who are still blind, etc.
    God Bless us all,
    Joni

  32. Norman Page says:

Re # 31 (Dominic), we know from Scripture, and can observe in this life, how God is faithful towards the descendants of those in covenant with him. When we see talented, prominent Jews (of which there are many), and think back to all God’s dealings with the house of Israel – and yes, our own households too (Cf. 1 Cor 7:14), it is apparent that when such souls do not at first turn to God in Christ, they are hardened in unbelief, where they ‘oppose themselves’, and in effect are all but cut off, and given over to wickedness. Romans 11 leads me to believe this is God’s way of shutting them up in their unbelief, with the intention that in some future time – through the mercy shown to us – He will, in sovereign grace, show mercy to them (eg Zech 12:10ff). There is an awesome mystery here, but those last few verses of Romans 11 do cause me to worship:never to be wise in my own conceits (for such were some of us); but to rejoice in God – in whom we may pray for His lost elect with groans too deep to be uttered. The time of Jacob’s trouble (and many others’ troubles too – including some of our own kin) will be the final terrible showdown. As Peter wrote; ‘What manner of persons ought we to be, in all conversation and godliness’ in this last hour!
