Colorado Floods: As America Has Done to Israel

  1. Where are you getting Obama/Kerry dividing Israel? Please check out party . Why are you accusing us of this? Beware of false accusation. I do not like these men, but we cannot have you and my other friends, the conspiracy theorists, lying about our Opponents. Don’t we have enough on our Opponents than to accuse them of something they are not doing? Yes, Obama did make a mistake in 2010, but he turned around and fought and STOPPED THE 2 State Deal in Sept. 2011 and Nov. 11, 2011. Who do you think prevented and balked the UN vote on that? hanh? UN could not proceed with their nasty wish, because it was OBAMA that STOPPED THEM! Please. Clinton, Carter, and Carville are the ones who were enemies of Israel, NOT this President and gang. I back Mike Huckabee and Gov. Perry, definitely not a RON PAUL fan. Romney, Bush, not really. Bush should have nipped things in the bod. I do not lie about my Enemies even tho I cannot stand them. Susie

      You have to be kidding!
This has been the US policy since 1991 with George Bush Sr.
I suggest that you read my book As America Has Done to Israel as I lay it all out in the book.

  2. suez62s says:

I understand you wanting to say this is because of our governments treating of Israel. But, if that is the case, then why isn’t God sending this upon Washington DC. Wouldn’t that speak even louder???

  3. Jackie says:

Brother John. I just finished reading Deuteronomy 28:15-68. My goodness our Father dealt harshly with His chosen people for their disobedience! Actually the word harsh is mild. How do we today think God is not going to judge this Nation and generation and I am speaking to those of us who are called by His Sons’ name. We are no different than those that lived long ago, I actually feel we are more accountable. We have every available piece of knowledge at our disposal to bring others to Christ and yet we sit and remain quiet (I know there are many doing His work). When will we wake up, stand up and speak out for Jesus.
I think bad things are going to start coming faster and with more intensity.
One PRAISE. I had the greatest privilege and blessing to lead a co-worker to Christ. Many of my friends lifted her up to Jesus before her decision to accept Him as her Savior. Please keep Desirea in your prayers
God bless each of you that are faithful to Him. Hope to meet soon on the other side!

  4. Jackie says:

Me again! If you are new to this wonderful blog you need to get John’s book As America has done to Israel. It is a must read. So much time and research went into this book and John did this for all of us. Just a bit of advice. If you loan it out you might not get it back. I had to order another copy and it is not leaving my house! AND order copies of The Last Trumpet and The 666 Surveillance System.
My goodness will you be blessed and so will those that receive them.
    Done now

Thank you, this helps to unfortunately, clarify why this happened and others…….

  6. Gary L. Thompson says:

World News Daily had an interesting article on these wildfires.

I’d say the nation is not merely guilty, but gone over the edge of insanity. No one in his right mind would charge Israel with plotting to set the U.S. ablaze, indeed the article mentions they seem to be on the bulls-eye on this as well, which would lead any sane electorate to see the necessity for Washington to recognize a commonality of interest with Jerusalem against a common foe. Instead, Obama and Kerry cuddle up to the very folks that could be having (and make no mistake they certainly desire to if the opportunity is there) a direct hand in destroying us. How could people be so blind as not to wonder if the people they’ve elected are actually enemies to this nation as well, or at least see that embracing Obama and crew makes a mockery of the constant GBA chorusing in the wake of 9/11?

  7. Lorna Sherwood says:

John, please don’t assume that the pastors in Colorado are asleep. That is just not the case for many of us. We have been fasting and praying and speaking out against these evils. If you have any suggestions on what we can do more, please let us know, but as a Christian brother, don’t add to the pain, please.

    • JohnMcTernan says:

      Thanks for your comment.
I spoke in Denver in July, and the church I spoke in promoted the seminar and the topic to the churches in the area.
Part of what I spoke on was the massive fires in Colorado as judgment for homosexuality.
The pastor told me many in his church would not come because of my topic, as they supported homosexual marriage.
Not one pastor from any other church responded, not one.
I warned that Colorado was in God’s cross hairs for homosexuality and abortion.
I don’t know why Colorado rather than California is in the cross hairs, but it is.
I am sorry to disagree with you, but the VAST majority of pastors and churches in the state of Colorado are asleep.
Praise the Lord for the few that are interceding, and may they be protected when the judgment comes.
My intention is not to inflict pain but to warn.

  8. Irene C says:

Thank you Brother John for putting this devastation into the Biblical perspective. While I was watching this flooding occur, I could also sense that it was either a judgement or warning, although I was unaware that Kerry was having that meeting at the time. I was thinking about the same-sex “marriage” and the legalization of marijuana, but this meeting really makes sense.

All that being said, I heart still breaks for these people. I can’t imagine being in the middle of such devastation. Then I was thinking, if it’s this bad now, imagine how bad it will be when God’s judgement really comes down. I’m so thankful I won’t be here to witness it.

As for what may transpire in April, outside of the possibility that Isaiah 17 and Psalm 83 may have already happened and maybe we’ll be gone by then, April is the start of tornado season. Something to keep an eye out on.

I am also going to be watching California. I don’t have the link for it, but the L.A. Lakers are planning a special event to celebrate the LGBT movement. I’m thinking earthquake maybe?

And then we had that horrible fire in New Jersey that once again destroyed the Boardwalk. Makes me believe that God is trying to get New Jersey’s attention. And then there was the shooting at the Washington Naval Yard. “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.” (Matthew 24:12)

God bless you for your vigilance Brother John and Maranatha. May He come soon.

  9. Danielle says:

@jackie …ditto! Same thing here … Now my original “as America
Has Done To Israel ” has my name in the front and never leaves my sight! Have ordered copies & give ppl their own! Just got some more Trumpets and 666 as well. Pray over them as I leave them behind for the next person on God’s list to pick them up and read. . . Shalom, my friend~see you soon:)

  10. America. You elected people who would let you do any evil thing your heart imagines without restraint. Now they are doing every evil thing their heart imagines without restraint.

Now this is an exciting article…Rebuilding the Third Temple

I’m praying for those of you in CO. (((Hugs)))

I cannot thank you enough for posting this link.
I recommend that everyone read this article.
I am going to post this on my blog.
      God bless you.

  12. Richard B says:

I live in Colorado Springs and grew up a few miles outside of Boulder. Early in this deluge, I sensed that God was sending yet another message of coming judgement. While the front range north of Denver got clobered with rain, south of Denver received much less. In the Springs had sporadic flash flood watches/warnings but nothing worse than what we’ve experienced all summer long. Could the recent recall of liberal state senators have provided a measure of mercy? I don’t know, have to ask God when I get to heaven; if I even care when I arrive.

Why is Colorado in God’s cross-hairs? About 20 years ago a massive influx of para-church ministries moved to Colorado Springs (Focus on the Family is just one of dozens.) With such a large influx of believers, why is the city no different today than the rest of the state/nation? There are numerous mega-churches here (I’m sure you’re aware of that Mr. McTernan) that are primarily social clubs. I’ve been to a few of them and find little power in their Sunday teaching.

In town there was a strong backlash against FotF when Dobson began using the ministry as a tool for political change. I have to ask, why was a ministry using the weapons of this world to fight a spiritual battle for the family?

I agree that the entire nation is under judgement and that different areas will experience God’s warning of His coming wrath. This summer was Oklahoma, California and Colorado’s turn. I don’t doubt that the other areas will get their warning in due time.

    • JohnMcTernan says:

      Great, great insight.
James Dobson preached psycho-babble and not the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I caught tremendous heat for exposing his teachings were not Christian.

  13. suez says:

Why haven’t my other postings been added?? I agree about James Dobson. So many Christians are being deceived by him!

  14. Richard B says:

I interviewed for a job at Focus about five or six years ago. I came away disgusted with the spirit of crusade prevalent in my experience. I don’t know if it was just the two men I met with, but I think it was a pervasive culture.

I think April 2014 is a key date in that it begins a series of four Jewish feasts that have a full moon during the feast. It has happened only three times since the time of Christ, 1492, 1948 and 1967. These events are called Blood Moon Tetrad’s and always have a major event tied to Israel. This next tetrad also has two full moons occur during the two year tetrad period. Luke 21:25 “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring”

I expect WW3 to start somewhere around then (April or May) which, in turn, sets up events leading to Armageddon. Based on discussions with my dad it seems like the tribulation may begin sometime in 2020 or 2021 as there will be more signs in the sun, moon and stars projected to occur in 2024.

  15. Theresa says:

“What disaster or disasters are going to happen next April, when Kerry and Obama put enormous pressure on Israel to create a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as the capital?”

It is interesting to note that next April is the first of four blood moons that will occur in 2014 and 2015. The April blood moon will be on the 15th which happens to be the Jewish Passover.

  16. Denise says:

I think San Antonio is next:
There was also a huge scandal of sex abuse at the Air base.
However, Texans fought back on the 20- v. 24-wk abortion case, and they are fighting back in San Antonio, as one reporter put it like they did for the Alamo!

Isn’t it ironic that cities like San Francisco and San Antonio were named after saints? If there’s now a movement to change pro team names (like Cleveland Indians) to something more PC, then we should probably change SF and SA as well as St. Paul, St. Louis, San Diego, and Sault Ste.Marie. haha

  17. Mary E. says:

As usual, John, you are right on target. My sister lives s.w. of Denver and sent me pictures and videos of the flooding. I am thankful that her home is in an elevated area and she did not lose it. The destruction around her is unbelievable.
I believe all of the factors mentioned in the article have brought Gods judgment and now I’m wondering if it will go even further than that. Listening to the national news this morning I heard that 40% of the Syrian Christians have left or are leaving Syria. The rebels are killing Christians in huge numbers. Couple that with the fact that Obama is going around our laws, again, in order to send guns to the Syrian rebels (terrorists). Of course, the rebels will use those weapons on Christians. Doesn’t that make this country accountable for their deaths? I think God will see it that way. It’s not just what we are doing in this country, but also what we are doing to other’s that will bring swift judgment.

  18. Catherine says:

Someone asked why Colorado and not California. I agree that California is asking for it, being a fountainhead of porn and anti-Christian propaganda, but didn’t the Air Force Academy endorse paganism last year? I believe I read all article that said they even built WICCAN ALTARS. First the Academy attacked the Christians and then promoted witchcraft. Yeah, Colorado was asking for it, too.

  19. Fred says:

I’m confused, I thought god promised not to kill by flood again as punishment for human deeds. This idea seems to go against the promise god made to Noah.

    • JohnMcTernan says:

Genesis 9:15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

  20. inhisservice says:

The following excerpts from Luke 21 (KJV 1611) seem to be very descriptive of the current times:

Luke 21:11 – “And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.” You can’t deny that the “four blood moons”, based on their previous occurance(s), are a sign in the heavens. They are not a “coincidence” as some would say…. Only Father GOD could create these signs…

Luke 21:12 – “But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name’s sake.”

Luke 21:16 – “And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.”

Luke 21:17 – “And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake.”

Luke 21:25 – “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring.”

Luke 21:31 – “So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.”

Luke 21:34 – “And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.”

Luke 21:36 – “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.”

Actually, the entirety of Luke 21 is relevent …

Keep looking up, the King is coming soon 🙂

  21. Andrea says:

John, I wish that I would have known when you were in Colorado! I would have loved to have heard you speak and know of many others who would have come also. I agree with you that many of the pastors in the state of Colorado are asleep but I also think that many of them are scared, some just don’t want to get involved and there are others that agree with same sex marriage. It has been very frustrating trying to find a pastor that will teach on what is going on in the wolrd/our country/state. I find it very interesting that the rain/flooding started in Colorado on 9/11, exactly 12 years after the World Trade Center Attacks. I don’t think it’s a coincidence. But it is yet another warning/judgement. The amount of devastation is incredible and continues. We are still in awe/disbelief over the power and magnitude of this storm. New Mexico also experienced flooding and Nebraska is bracing for flooding. I live in northern Colorado very close to Longmont and grew up in the Longmont/Boulder area. I went to Boulder High School my freshman year and the homosexual sin was very alive back then in the early 90’s. Boulder High School brought in a panel of gay, lesbian, and transgender people to speak to all of the high school students. I wanted no part of it and skipped school that day to go to the mall. But the pressure was there to accept the lifestyle. Boulder is a very dark city and you can feel the spiritual darkness/heaviness when you go there. I try to avoid it. My neighborhood still has many people without power and big problems in their homes but we are praising God that they have lifted the restriction to continue boiling our water. We are still on water restrictions though but that’s so minor compared to what so many others are going through. Thank you to everyone for your prayers. Stay focused on our Lord Jesus as I don’t think that this is the last of the major disasters to come to our country.

I would like to recommend a book. It is long but very good and sheds a lot of light on the homosexual agenda. It was eye opening to me and really explains how dangerous the homosexual agenda and the pro homosexual groups are, especially to our children. The title of the book is called “A Queer Thing Happened to America” by Michael L. Brown

  22. inhisservice says:

Luke 20 (KJV 1611) – Seems like these excerpts are also applicable to some of today’s churches…

46 – “Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief rooms at feasts;”

47 – “Which devour widows’ houses, and for a shew make long prayers: the same shall receive greater damnation.”

Galatians 1:8 – “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. ”

Galatians 1:9 – “As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.”

Keep looking up, the King is coming soon 🙂

  23. Something to also consider – The floods in Colorado happened around the Day of Atonement (i.e Yom Kippur). We, in Colorado, had a break in the rainy weather from Friday afternoon to sundown Saturday, which is the actual time that people in Colorado would observe this Feast of the LORD Mountain Standard Time (Lev 23:2; 26-32). Thankfully, this allowed rescue efforts to begin. As soon as the Yom Kippur window closed, rains began again.

To me, it clearly communicates the need for the people of Colorado to repent, because this is the main theme of the Day of Atonement for God’s people. I believe that the LORD is showing us that 2 Chronicles 7:14 is something we need to do, not just talk about.

Then, as I went to check on our animals in the storm, I understood that the rain in Colorado flows all the way to the Pacific Ocean on the West Coast and to the Mississippi River to the east, depending on which side of the Continental Divide it falls. What are your thoughts on this CO Flood judgment possibly being a precursor to the shaking of the New Madrid Fault, San Andreas Fault & Cascadia Fault?

From someone who lives ~1 mile away from the Big Thompson Canyon that was devastated by Colorado Flood. BTW – We are safe & sound. I came in agreement with the LORD’s decreed borders & boundaries for a nearby creek that went from a trickle to 14-feet. God is good!

  24. inhisservice says:

Four Blood Moons – 3 Sermon Series by Pastor John Hagee.

In case you have not seen this before (2d video), it is actually a 3 sermon series which has been combined together into 1 video… almost 2 hours long.

Keep looking up, the King is coming… 🙂

  25. Josh says:

We had the “who more deserves judgment” discussion earlier in the year with the Oklahoma tornadoes. It’s not that one area or group of people are worse than another (example: Jesus response with biblical Tower of Siloam falling, 18 men killed), but if there is no repentence and turning to God, all will face destruction. I live in flood ravaged Boulder County, CO, although my home and neighborhood on higher ground was spared. All I’m hearing from local officials is “We’ll be strong!” and “We’ll rebuild better than ever!” I have not heard a single word of repentence and the need to turn from our sinful ways from anyone, including church people and pastors. It is exactly the ancient Israelite’s pattern that Rabbi Cahn talks about in the Isaiah 9:10 prophecy.

    • JohnMcTernan says:

I do not think that the Boulder area is going to recover.
America is heading into an economic meltdown which will end the rebuilding.
The national destruction will be so great that the nation will never recover.

  26. Gary L. Thompson says:

Unfortunately, “blue” areas like California tend to have a locust effect, When sinful beliefs and actions have their inevitable consequences on a region, life becomes unbearable and the residents move out to areas where life is better, because the local inhabitants haven’t bought into the destructive patterns that made their old home unliveable. Unfortunately, since they don’t abandon the old patterns that ruined their former home, if the residents of their new home are asleep at the switch (as Colorado evidently was) they can find themselves engulfed by the invaders.

  27. Irene C says:

Things are beginning to happen fast. Here’s another date we need to keep an eye on.

Abbas to meet with Obama next week

Talks between the two to focus on ongoing peace negotiations; US president set to meet with Netanyahu later this month

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is set to meet US President Barack Obama next week ahead of the opening of the UN General Assembly in New York.

According to Palestinian officials, the September 23 meeting between the two will focus on the US-brokered peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians which resumed in late July after more than three years of stalled talks, which fell through in 2010.

  28. Gary L. Thompson says:

I certainly sympathize with your feeling alone out there. I don’t know how helpful this will be, but I’d like to suggest a couple ways you might find brothers to stand with you:

A more recent initiative going on now is by the Liberty Counsel’s Pastors & Patriots campaign. ( What caught my eye is their report that a broad coalition religious leaders and religious liberty advocates in Obama’s own home city and state fought the same-sex marriage battle and won (which has been buried by the media). At the very least, Liberty Council seems to be trying to link up nationwide those who are engaged in the same fight that you are.

And not the least, I would look up and anything else that looks like it could rally prayer support for you and everyone else standing with you. It could be the only real chance you have in rousing your brothers from their slumber.

  29. Lori says:

    Romans 11:33-34

    King James Version (KJV)

33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?

  30. mmeleta says:

I found this on Constance Cumbey’s website:
It is about a New Age event called “Earth Ritual Workshop” which was to be held in
    Lyons, Colorado.

  31. Beverly says:

There was a gay pride day scheduled for the 15th of Sept also for Boulder. , if you google gay Pride and Boulder Colorado you will see the event and their intentions.
I think God Almighty is surely sending a LOUD message.

  32. Thank you. Not a Bush fan, Sr. or Jr., either.

  33. BobandMaryKay says:

  34. mark says:

I wonder whether the flood in Birobijan (Jewish autonomous in Siberia,Russia), also related to this same event):

  35. Josh says:

God’s judgment came quickly to these homosexual restaurant operators who this summer flaunted same-sex marriage in Longmont, CO. The older one, 56-yr-old Frank Kaven, died suddenly five weeks after the ceremony. No cause of death was ever made public. The “wife” (Kukich) no longer has association with the restaurant.
