  1. It is sad to watch this country being destroyed by the lies and deception of evil. Judgment is upon us for the justice of God will not wait forever.

Brother John – once again, thank you for all of this information that is coming at us at breakneck speeds. Although it is sometimes exciting, watching prophecy happen before our eyes, I also wonder how bad it will get before the Lord calls us Home.

I also appreciate the article about depression. This is something I’ve battled for many years. Although I have prayed for healing, it does cause me to dive even deeper into the Word of God. People who suffer from depression can feel all alone, even if they’re surrounded by friends and family. I’m not sure what would have happened to me if the Lord wouldn’t be in my life. I praise God for His faithfullness.

I was reading an article today where President Obama is advising LGBT athletes not to boycott the Olympics in Russia. As sad as this whole situation is, I found a couple of things mildly amusing. First he said that since other teams won’t have LGBT athletes, they will be weaker and our athletes should go and bring home the medals. (He actually said they would be weaker.) And the second thing I had to think about is: now Christians supposedly have to be silent about homosexuality here in the U.S. Then, when these athletes go to Russia, they are the ones who will have to be silent. For some reason, I just found that humorous.

God bless you Brother John an Maranatha

I do believe the world has gone mad. It is hard to believe that so many people are so blind to what is going on. Of course if these same people watch government tv they are not getting the news. Short of a sodom type of destruction I don’t know if they will ever see that God is upset.

Matthew 7:6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, least they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

I am so upset with myself for the anger and attitude that I have towards the people that are destroying my country. Discounts on abortions if it’s done on Sunday, REALLY! How can one not be angry? Amazing how our Father is so long suffering. I assume, for my part, that righteous judgment is sometimes necessary to discern dogs and swine from the children of God. Still I ask for your prayers for the calming of my Spirit, keeping my eyes on Jesus, who is my only hope and His promise of never leaving or foresaking His children.

It is going to get worse.
You must stay focused on Jesus and work for Him.
Stay under the protection of His “wings” or the spirit of antichrist will eat you alive.

Daniel 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

G’Morning! Re: mental health & today’s world ~So many people “feeling misunderstood & uncared about” (this grieves me), with increasing sense of isolation, – & the medical profession can exploit someone’s neurosis in trying to prescribe the pain away. Always mindful there are real medical condition that need treatment, I believe that society at large lacks a ‘hope & a future’ by dismissing the Word of God, choosing escapism (material pursuits) over a relationship with Yeshua, & believing the enemy’s lie that there is nothing to live for beyond all this. We know there are definitely good times …. unbelievably good times … ahead for us because we know & love Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 8:18). I’ll keep trying to do what I can to get the Word out…..
Re: Fukushima ~ So serious a situation, I have no idea how this will end.
John, thank you again for all your efforts with news/commentary. So very much appreciated. Even on vacation, I tried to check here online every few days. God bless you all.

I try and keep the readers on the cutting edge of events.
I am delighted that my blog is such a blessing to you.
Have you read my dad’s book? If not, I suggest that you do.

  5. Melany says:

John~ I finished reading your dad’s book last night. Thank you for writing such an encouraging story! Your relationship with your dad was very different than mine, so our broken hearts come from different sources. It was my father that I did not get along with & I grew up afraid of him. He had a terrible temper. I loved my father, but love & fear don’t mix well. When he died last year, the sun set on one of the most difficult relationships of my life. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior just before he died, so I look forward to knowing my dad as a fully redeemed & restored man in Heaven, capable of giving & receiving love.

None of us has an easy time. Your story gave me hope that it is never too late for God to heal our emotions. I’m taking that seriously and asking God, the One Who knows everything about my situation, to heal my brokenness & deep-seated insecurities that I’ve never been able to shake. If it happens now, or in my real Home, I am beyond grateful. Continued blessings on the work that you do.

John, Thank you for comment #7 that you posted!! It never hurts to be reminded to keep our eyes on the Lord! I’m so thankful for the truth of God, His truth means so much to me in my life!

      God bless you.
I think this verse applies to today:
Jude 1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
Jud 1:22 And of some have compassion, making a difference: (23) And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

Re #15: Did you notice the lack of an audience in the Military diversity/drag queen article? Nobody is comfortable with this situation. I cannot believe what has happened to our military in such a short time. The pot is about to boil over.

    • JohnMcTernan says:

It is the leadership that is pushing it.
As time goes on, they will only promote and recruit people just like them and that is why all this is dangerous.

Responding to Brian (# 12) – I always enjoy reading Caroline Glick’s column. I hope Netanyahu reads it too. She really tells it like it is. Too bad she’s not in the Knesset.

Would be nice if her column was in every newspaper in the U.S. That’s not likely to happen though.

John, thank you for all you do. Your blog, and the comments here are such a blessing to me.

Here is a interesting article about a family trying to flee America because of the complete moral decay of our government and society. Let’s all move to Kiribati.

It can be so easy,to get sucked into a worry mindset because of what we see prophetically…But we only have to trust the Lord, and turn to the Scriptures…and a right mind replaces the one the world embraces. The Lord holds all things in His hands. The times and seasons..they are His.Everything was made by Him and for His purposes. No one or nothing can defeat Him,or trip up His plans. If the Lord said it,or it is contained in His Word…consider it done.He misses nothing…and that gives me a great peace the world cannot.God Bless you all…God Bless you, brother John…and yes,I’m still getting out the Gospel via your ‘eye’ tract, and the Last Trumpet magazine. What a blessing to be in God’s field and watch Him work.
