Insight Analysis: The French Election and the Fate of Europe.
The Election of a Socialist in France
The election Sunday of François Hollande has shaken the economic world. He is a socialist and basically a tax and spend liberal. The problem is there is not enough taxes to pay for their socialism. If, and I say if, he goes forward with his agenda, it will collapse the European Union and destroy the Euro. This is explosive, as the Europeans want to maintain a high standard of living without fully paying for it. They want to live on debt. When there is no one to take up the debt, the entire system will collapse. Wow is this now very close. This could be quite a summer in Europe. Hollande can say what he wants, but the financial markets will have the final say.
France, Greece and Germany election results send austerity shockwaves through Europe 05/06/12 In typical delusional fashion, Hollande thinks that he is going to control the financial markets! What a collision course France and Europe are now on with the world economic markets.
“Mr Hollande has promised to “dominate” financial markets, and early on in his campaign, stated that finance was his “greatest enemy”, words that might come to haunt to him.”
The Countdown To The Break Up Of The Euro Has Officially Begun 05/07/12 I found this to be a fantastic article laying out exactly what is happening in Europe. This is must read information. The European people, and plenty of Americans, are now living in a huge delusion. They want a live a lifestyle that cannot be supported. They are racking up huge amounts of debt without caring. They have rejected austerity and think the debt can go on forever. What will happen is soon, very soon, the bond market will collapse and there will be no funds to run these countries. It will hit overnight and there is going to be MASSIVE social unrest. The government has become god to these people and now their god is about to die. This election in France has now lit the fuse to this blowup. It will spread to America, and will not take long to cross the Atlantic. Mass insanity has taken over Europe.
Make sure that you read the entire article: “The results of the elections in France and Greece have made it abundantly clear that there is a tremendous backlash against the austerity approach that Germany has been pushing. All over Europe, prominent politicians and incumbent political parties are being voted out. In fact, Nicolas Sarkozy has become the 11th leader of a European nation to be defeated in an election since 2008. We have seen governments fall in the Netherlands, the UK, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Greece. Whenever they get a chance, the citizens of Europe are using the ballot box to send a message that they do not like what is going on. It turns out that austerity is extremely unpopular. But if newly elected politicians all over Europe begin rejecting austerity, this puts Germany in a very difficult position. Should Germany be expected to indefinitely bail out all of the members of the eurozone that choose to live way beyond their means? If Germany pulled out of the euro tomorrow, the euro would absolutely collapse, bond yields for the rest of the eurozone would skyrocket to unprecedented heights, and without German bailout money troubled nations such as Greece would be headed directly for default. The rest of the eurozone is absolutely and completely dependent on Germany at this point. But as we have seen, much of the rest of the eurozone is sick and tired of taking orders from Germany and is rejecting austerity. A lot of politicians in Europe apparently believe that they should be able to run up gigantic amounts of debt indefinitely and that the Germans should be expected to always be there to bail them out whenever they need it. Will the Germans be willing to tolerate such a situation, or will they simply pick up their ball and go home at some point?”
Walker’s World: After me, the deluge 05/07/12 This article gives real good background information on Hollande and French politics.
Israel and France
This article caught my attention. It is very possible that the economic meltdown and the collapse of France may coincide with Hollande bullying Israel to divide the land and Jerusalem. He is a Hard Left socialist and was elected with the Muslims support. With his background, there is no doubt that he is going to bully Israel. The Holy God of Israel has France and the European Union set up for a headon collision with Him over Jerusalem. Wow, this summer could be incredible to watch this confrontation.
Hollande bad for Jews 05/07/12
“In Israel, the city of Netanya has the largest community of French nationals. Many expressed concern that Hollande will “Care for the Muslims, because they supported him.” “Hollande is not good for the Jews or for Israel,” said Lorence Partush, adding that many Jews in France will now have an excuse to make aliyah, because “he loves Muslims.”
France berates Israel on Jerusalem ‘colony’ 05/02/12 France and the rest of the world refuse to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. There is no budging when it comes to Jerusalem. This city could be the downfall of France.
“The French foreign ministry has said Israel’s permission for settlers to build a 1,100-room hotel on Palestinian land in East Jerusalem is a “provocation” that will harm the prospects of peace talks and is a “threat” to Palestinian statehood because it helps to cut off then holy city from Arabs.”
