One thing that will happen in the tribulation is wars and rumours of wars.Matt 24:6.This lines up with the red horse in Rev6:4.I dont think the covenant with many in Dan 9:27 has been fulfilled yet tho as the ani-christ has not appeared yet.We will be raptured after the great tribulation in Matt24:31 and 1 Thess 4:13-18 but that will be before the wrath of God is poured out after the 6th seal is opened. After Matt24:31 when we are raptured there will be three and a half years of the wrath of God being out and then we return with the Lord on white horses spoken of in Rev 19.Thats when He sets up His kingdom on earth after the 70th week is finished. In Matt 24:30 He doesn’t come to earth then but only in the clouds to rapture us.This fits like a glove scripturally. The tribulation and the great tribulation is not 7 years long as many think it is.The Lord comes for us just after the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet. The sun being darkened and the moon not giving her light is a key verse which triggers the rapture at the 2nd coming in the clouds.Matt 24:30 is not the same event as in Rev 19 descibing the Lord returning to earth with us.

For awhile we were moving up the incline of a roller coaster, you know, that slow click, click, click, click while approaching the top, anticipating, fear mixed with excitement, that sharp drop past the apex. Suddenly your heart is in your throat and your stomach full of butterflies as you plunge toward certain (in your mind) death, only to be lifted up again, climbing and falling, at times upside down, knowing that, after that first scary steep hill, you will be safe.

People, we are in for the ride of our lives, but if we put our faith in Jesus, He will lift us up out of the deepest valley, keep us “on track,” and take us to safety in His arms. He is our shield and our buckler. Let us be a witness to those on this ride with nothing to hold on to. Pray that they will get “locked in” to the Lord before it is too late. It may be the last ride for all of us, but one group will finish it in Glory, while others will eternally perish. May God have mercy.

Lord, protect your people Israel and your faithful disciples here. You have Victory over death, hell, and the grave. You will be Victorious again, for all time, and we, your people, can’t wait to throw millions of crowns at Your feet! We now walk in the valley of the shadow of death of our country, but You are with us. We shall not fear. We shall not. Blessed be the name of the Lord!

On another topic, we have until Monday to file a motion to rehear the same-sex marriage case. The following article is from 7/15

Here is where Janet Folger Porter reports that Ohio AB, Mike DeWine has closed the door on that option. No word on the other 3 AGs yet. Pray that the Lord will stir their hearts and consciences to an 11th-hour action. (I wish I’d read it yesterday, before the weekend, so I could’ve called Bill Schutte.)

Brother John, you are so ‘right on the money’ with this article.I find this story as you have presented it,completely correct in every respect.I have been studying Bible prophecy since 1987,when I was saved and believe the view of Biblical prophecy I hold is well rounded as I compare what I hear or see to the light of Scripture. That being said, you brother John have opened my eye’s to see things more clearly. We are under Judgment.Obama is it’s personal face. Our national heart is seen in how we treat God,His laws and precepts, how we treat the unborn, and how we as a nation lift up the unclean and disgusting to something that should be ’embraced’ and used as a model to be looked up to.God has ‘given us over to our baseness’,as Romans declares. The remnant here loves Jesus, and that’s where I stand. In my former ‘lost life’ before Jesus saved me,the devil did nothing but drag me down…He is no one to serve, and his well deserved punishment is on it’s way.Every day,I thank God for sending His Son to save me,for great solid ministries as this one,and for real Christians, like you John, and all my brothers/sisters here.Every one of you are cared about and loved in the Body of Christ.God bless all of you,Dan.w

This reminds me of what David Wilkerson saw inSet the trumpet to thy mouth” written in the 80`s, and coming to pass, before our eyes

The song, “Be Not Afraid” has always been a comfort to me in tough times. I found this beautiful video w/ the lyrics (and several relevant scriptures) that I’d like to share. The image of Jesus was beautiful–like the song doesn’t already make me cry! lol (Another one shows excerpts from the animated “The Prince of Egypt,” but it leaves out a verse.)

  7. Danielle says:

TY Sister Denise, for the video … I had never heard that song before, but I loved it! Also His picture is much like I imagine He will look like , and so much better than some of the others I have seen! p.s. Is it okay to “share away” with some friends from your first post on here? You have put into words exactly what I would like to say, but thought it best to ask first ! Shalom y’all ~ Forever His, Danielle

Thank you Denise! How Beautiful… ministered to my heart.

Danielle, you can share whatever you like. I am glad you were touched. I never liked roller coasters, but when talked into a ride, I was always ok after that 1st hill.
(while praying the whole time of course.:) )

It’s so hard knowing what’s coming, while watching everyone else–esp. loved ones–going on with business as normal. I can warn them, share scriptures with them, and pray for them. but I can’t MOVE them. I have absolutely no fear for myself, but am so afraid for others. Most nights I fall asleep praying b/c my prayer list is so long. I know He hears me, b/c all day long He gives me a song or two in my heart and I hum & sing along. He knows just what I need to hear! The song I shared just popped into my head yesterday, after reading this post. I know that no matter what God will be with us and take care of His own.

Debbie, I’m glad you liked the song. Each verse ends with a promise:

“You shall see the face of God and live.”
“Know that I am with you through it all,”
“And when wicked men insult you, all because of Me, blessed, blessed are you.”

    That gives me such comfort.
    Blessings to all!
