Is there no way to stop these idiot federal judges who lie about the US Constitution? Does anyone in Congress have the guts to stand up and say the federal judiciary is out of control and is abusing its power?

It is a lie that limiting marriage to a man and a woman violates ANY part of the US Constitution. Yet judge after judge says not allowing “same sex marriage” violates the equal protection clause. What rubbish. The Constitution does not define marriage. The word is not to be found anywhere in the Constitution. There is no Constitutional requirement for marriage to even be legal, and certainly no requirement that it be defined in any certain way. These wicked judges are lying about the Constitution in order to advance homosexuality, not because the Constitution requires same-sex marriage.

In light of what has transpired in Arizona, Texas and Kentucky, just this week in regards to same sex marriage, now we have this:
And how will the Lord respond? There is a strong storm system developing in the Pacific, poised to bring flooding rains to California, but that’s not all. The NWS storm prediction center is warning this same system will enter the plains and Midwest, bringing heavy snow and possibly a crippling ice storm. The ice storm would affect areas from Oklahoma City, all the way to Washington D.C. this Sunday and Monday. I have been looking at the prediction charts and I have to say, I am horrified at the amount of ice accumulations that are being predicted at this early stage. They border on a catastrophic level, especially for the Ohio Valley areas. If this scenario pans out, there will be millions in the path of this system, with major power outages. Serious prayer is needed.

America is now under judgement from every angle. Not only is there a major war very close on the horizon, we are very close to a total financial collapse in this country. Some of the bankers know what is coming and some 9 bankers have died under very unusual circumstances including two with jp morgan. Now is the time for all of us to pray for the Lord’s guidance in getting our houses in order and doing the Lord’s work while we still have time.I sense this year something extraordinary is on the horizon.

I find it interesting that only days after Holder says that state attorney generals aren’t obliged to enforce gay marriage bans (02/25/14) that he is rushed to the hospital due to a rapid heart rate along with shortness of breath and feeling faint.
It is said that he has experienced this before. The reason I bring this up is, as some of you already know, I work for the DOJ. When this occured there was no time wasted in letting ALL DOJ employees know about this incident. Emails were sent out immediately! I do not mean to sound cold-hearted but I find it odd that the DOJ felt the need to let everyone know about this. I simply hit the ‘delete’ button and went about my business. Next email…

Wasn’t sure if you were aware of this movement, now organizing in every state and scheduled to be in DC on May 16th. It predominantly consists of military veterans but are asking for any American who is able to be there. They say they are not leaving until the current leadership is removed. They are not going to be physically armed, but spiritually/constitutionally armed and are asking bathe this effort in prayer. They are calling it “Operation American Spring” and also have a FB page, and a FB page for each state. I was in DC with many of these vets when they removed the barricades from their monuments and these men are fearless, I had a feeling they would be back:

This video of a WWII vet is very inspiring:

yes, the blood red moons begin in april, at easter time. Another article in the Jerusalem Post said that Obama will try and “force” Bibi to agree to the framework–i.e. cutting up Israel and dividing Jerusalem.
Again, supposedly Bibi is in agreement with this to the extent he is afraid to tell the kinesset——-

Just read this today by a man named Todd Strandberg : “Most people don’t realize that apathy is the greatest indication of the last days. You could almost call it the anti-sign. Jesus talked more about the LACK OF AWARENESS than any other sign of the times. The Lord was so insistent about getting this point across, He repeated himself four times in the space of a few verses. He also included a story about the ten virgins to illustrate the point of the surprise Rapture. ”

“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only” (Matthew 24:36).
“Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come” (Matthew 24:42

Thank you all for posting on here … If it were not for your continued Faith in Jesus and the love that you show for one another on this site, I would be afraid of what is now coming upon us as a nation. Jesus said “fear not for I am with you always …”
We will be meeting very soon, my friends. Agape love to all & Shalom !

I sat in a briefing on a major Air Force base the other day and listened to the details of how 25,000 active duty personnel would be “racked and stacked” for removal from service. I wondered how many of the personnel there voted for Obama and how they felt about their vote now. The Air Force’s main ground support aircraft, the A-10 Thunderbolt is also up for elimination. The disarmanent of our military troubles me, as I think the real objective is to have a national police force stronger than the military to rule over the citizens, and I’m also of the opinion we have brought it upon ourselves as a nation now legislating sinful behavior.

Cynthia @ 5: your posting about the vets movement is inspiring and very revealing about the traditional American psyche. It helps me, as a Brit, to understand something of the noble side of your self-identity as a nation, and the sense of grief – and grievance – I’ve seen expressed here on this blog, over the months. The finest attributes of both nations (if we think back to the days of the British Empire, in the case of this little island of mine!) are inextricably wrought out of a radical Biblical faith – something that came out of the fires of the Reformation, and produced the relative freedom of spirit we’ve enjoyed in Western culture for the past 3-400 years. The fact that on this blog we all relate to the King James Bible as a specially anointed translation, is testament to what we hold in common. What a great treasure that Bible has been to the English speaking world! I always think of it as a special gift of grace that emanated from the faithfulness of those martyrs, like Ridley and Latimer, and over 200 others.
What is my response now, as a sinner – one who’s been ‘born again’ by grace? First, to give God the glory for the great things he has done through our nations in times past. Surveying our history from the hilltop – what the Lord has done, in all His sovereign purpose, as it was outworked through the faithful – I want to give Him all the glory, to give Him thanks, and to worship Him. How amazing that the undeserving such as I (who am no hero), in Christ, can be party to such a vision!
Second, I realize that we are in this hallowed place of having already been caught up with Jesus on the Mount. We are so overwhelmed by the glory of it, we want to build three tabernacles, one for Jesus, Moses and Elijah – and indeed, the latter two will return during the Tribulation (Mal; Mt 17:11-12; Rev 11). But meanwhile, a voice from heaven has said: ‘This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye Him.’ ‘And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid. And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid’
Our souls are so vexed by all we see happening, and like world-worn Peter, we don’t quite know what to do. He wanted Israel’s restoration, and we likewise want this for our nations. Despite all he’d witnessed, he’d yet lash out with the sword, and in that final fearful hour, even deny he knew this man from Galilee! Afterwards, our risen Lord would say to him (and us) ‘Follow me’ (Jn 21:15-19).
Who is sufficient for these things? I suspect, none. But no more building tabernacles: simply: ‘This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.’ Amen.

Watching what is happening to Amerika,is like watching a fish being gutted for the first time.We need only look in the mirror to see what set it in motion. All nations fell from within before they fell from the outside…we are morally and spiritually bankrupt as a nation……….but all of you do shine,…Praise God for each of you,Dan.w

There’s so much I want to say, but if I said it all it would turn into it’s own commentary. There are still those days where I want to bury my head in the sand and repeat to myself that “everything is normal” over and over again. But I don’t do that because the world we once knew is upside down. Right is wrong and wrong is right. The only good thing I know is that we will be going Home soon.

As I’m writing this, two other news article came into my inbox.

We have the news feeds at where I work and saw something about Russia recalling their ambassador from the US, that is disturbing. I don’t have any confidence in the occupant in the White House to handle this issue and yes this is part of God’s judgement on America, that is coming for sure. Also there is a potentially bad situation is brewing in CT about gun confiscations, this could get ugly too. The progressives are becoming very arrogant these days.
I know God is in control, and this will pass, but it’s heart breaking to see this once great and blessed nation go down like it is. It’s a challenge to let people know what is coming, but they for the most part don’t want to hear it and go about their business and support gay marriage and the like.

  13. Irene C says:

Thank you Dan in Virginia Beach for the notice about the Russian ambassador. I looked it up and here’s what I found.

Upper house to demand recall of Moscow ambassador to U.S.

MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia’s upper house of parliament will ask President Vladimir Putin to recall Moscow’s ambassador from the United States, the chamber’s speaker said on Saturday.

Valentina Matviyenko, the head of the Federation Council, asked the Council’s Committee on Foreign Affairs to draw up a proposal setting out the demands to Putin.

Things are happening very quickly now. It’s getter harder to keep up with it. Also, the weather this weekend should be very interesting. Snow and ice in the Midest to the Northeast, severe weather in the South (Mardi Gras is going on in New Orleans) and now an over supply of rain in California which is causing the hillsides to crumble into homes and streets.

Stay alert and keep looking up. Maranatha

Gay, lesbian troops perform in drag at Kadena Air Base fundraiser

“KADENA AIR BASE, Okinawa — Since the repeal of the Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy, U.S. military bases have hosted a gay marriage ceremonies and a potluck gatherings. But on Saturday, servicemembers here may have been the first to take to the stage and perform as drag queens on a military installation in support of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender troops.”

With all the wars and rumors of wars going on now, our military has become weak. They may be the first to feel God’s judgement. Pray for our brothers and sisters who are still serving our country.
