Why it matters that Jews are standing on the Temple Mount

To hear Gosnell talk, he’s a latter-day Mother Teresa. I would buy his humanitarianism explanation better if he didn’t charge $3,000-$5,000 per abortion to save these impoverished people from a life of misery.

I was in Philadelphia when his trial was going on and this guy was despicable.

I noticed the correlation between the bombing of the church in Pakistan and the earthquake. And I certainly don’t believe in coincidence.

The news is coming at us so fast that it’s getting more and more difficult to keep up with. I get news feeds from several sites and my email box is constantly full. I am constantly amazed at how quickly everything is falling in line according to God’s Holy plan. I am also amazed, and feel blessed, that I am here to witness God’s Word happen. I just have to wonder how much worse it’s going to get before we do go Home.

Although I pray throughout the day, I often also silently pray at night right before I go to sleep. It’s a more intimate conversation and very relaxing. During this time I often mention that I’m ready to go Home. Then today I had a rather humorous thought. I could see myself sounding like that annoying child in the back seat of the car that’s always saying “Are we there yet? Are we there yet?”

Pastor McTernan, do you believe that Israel will leave the west bank and divide jerusalem–i can’t tell if this will happen and then we will get judgement or just attempting to do it will bring judgement. The jews pulled out of Gaza. So are they going to pull out of west bank and divide jerusalem? i asked you before and you said no. what will stop it? before you said the obediah war will start–but what if it doesn’t and they do leave and divide—doesn’t that prove you are wrong? i still don’t understand how the obediah and gog/magog war can occur with west bank pull out and jerusalem divided. thanks.

Don’t forget to factor in two recent murders of Israeli soldiers in the West Bank. I believe they were 24 hours apart. Israel always avenges for murders. And the Palis could be trying to stoke the flames. I’m with you…tick tock.

Everyday I anticipate waking up to “life as we know it” forever changed. It’s that close, folks!

John, there is a coastal storm coming together in the Atlantic… The same time as BO is to host Netanyahu on September 30.
God is not mocked. HE says what HE means and means what HE says. I pray that our leaders will see that God is in control. Gen 12:3. And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee:
Lord Jesus help us to be a light to those around us.
Love and the Lord’s direction to each of you,
    Always In HIS service.

About the post-antibiotic era: it wouldn’t surprise me if the Lord allowed a disease worse than the Bubonic Plague to hit the United States because of all the sin in this country.

It is very seldom that I put a link here to other websites–but I just read this article by Chuck Baldwin about why pastors won’t take a stand:

This article gives tremendous insight into this subject! Here is a quote from the article that sort of sums it up:

“Most pastors today are in reality not spiritual shepherds as much as they are corporate CEOs. The same mentality, philosophy, and strategy that drive corporate boardrooms also drive the boardrooms of modern churches–to a tee. Pastors act like CEOs, dress like CEOs, talk like CEOs, manage like CEOs, and think like CEOs.”

I searched for a scripture that describes what a pastor should be. Ephesians 4 (KJV) seems to sum it up, especially these verses:

    11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

God bless everyone who seeks Him!
