Commentary

This is heartbreaking. There is a depression and hopelessness overshadowing America. As we reject the Lord and go deeper into sin, the Holy Spirit withdraws his grace over the nation. Curses are starting to overtake America.
We need revival for survival. This is at critical mass as our children are murderers, tens of millions are using drugs and 46,000 are committing suicide every year.

“CDC: U.S. Suicide Rates Rising Dramatically”

“Suicide rates in the United States have increased by nearly 30 percent since 1999, a new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states.

According to a study of trends in suicide rates among individuals ten years of age and older, between 1999-2016, suicide rates rose significantly in 44 states. An increase of greater than 30 percent in suicides was observed in 25 states.

The greatest increase in suicides was seen in “middle-aged adults,” between the ages of 45 and 64. Significant jumps in female suicides were seen in 43 states and in male suicides, in 34 states. In 2016 alone, there were almost 45,000 deaths from suicide.”

 “Three judges in an Arizona court, Lawrence Winthrop, Jennifer Campbell, and Paul McMurdie, have announced they are comfortable with the city of Phoenix forcing Christian artists to violate their faith and endorse same-sex marriage.

The announcement came in their decision, from their Arizona Court of Appeals, affirming a Phoenix ordinance that mandates that Christian company owners must support and endorse same-sex marriage with their products and artistry.

The same issue was before the U.S. Supreme Court just this week, and that court ruled in favor of a Colorado Christian baker who refused to lend his artistry to a cake for a homosexual duo. But the court did that on the grounds that the state of Colorado exhibited bias against the baker.

So multiple fights over the issue, by a florist in Washington State and others, continue. This one involves two Christian artists who run Brush & Nib, a custom calligraphy service, Joanna Duka and Breanna Koski. They sued when Phoenix adopted an ordinance that would punish them for refusing to violate their faith and promote, with their artistry, a gay wedding.”

Facebook consults the outside organizations when developing changes to hate speech policies, Budhraja said, noting that Facebook representatives will typically hold between one and three meetings with the groups.”

Reality TV icon Kim Kardashian West took up her case, even meeting with Trump at the White House to plead for clemency.

In an interview Thursday night with Fox News’ Martha MacCallum on “The Story,” Johnson expressed her gratitude for Trump’s decision the day before to commute her sentence. “Thank you so much President Trump for taking the time to look at my case and to really look at me,” she said. “I promise you President Trump, I will make you proud that you gave me that second chance.”

 Europe Awakening to Islam

“Austria to shut down mosques, expel foreign-funded imams” What is happening in Europe is signs of nationalism coming to life in several countries. Their goal is to bring the Muslims under control. This is seen in Italy, Poland, Hungary and even in Sweden. Now Austria is moving to confront the Muslims.
This is real good news for Europe, but the problem is Germany, France, Britain and other nations are loaded with Muslims, who are militant and will not be subdued easily. Europe is now starting to divide over the Muslims.

The coalition government, an alliance of conservatives and the far right, came to power soon after Europe’s migration crisis on promises to prevent another influx and restrict benefits for new immigrants and refugees. The moves follow a “law on Islam”, passed in 2015, which banned foreign funding of religious groups and created a duty for Muslim organizations to have “a positive fundamental view towards (Austria’s) state and society”.

“Christian Teacher Says School Forced Him to Resign for Not Following Transgender Policy” There is no end to the folly of the reprobate mind. The time is long past that we should remove our children from these destructive public schools. Back in 1963, the schools were turned over to the devil and church just yawned and now we see the devil is in full control.

John Kluge, the former orchestra teacher at Brownsburg High School in Brownsburg, Indiana, submitted a tentative letter of resignation late last month because the district threatened to fire him with three weeks remaining in the school year, according to Indy Star, which also reported that he sought to withdraw the letter on the last student day at the school but the school is not letting him stay.”
